Kim Rae Won And Gong Hyo Jin To Reunite In Upcoming Film After 15 Years
According to sources from the film industry, Kim Rae Won and Gong Hyo Jin will appear in the romantic comedy film “The Most Ordinary Romance” (literal title).
“The Most Ordinary Romance” is the first commercial film made by the independent film director Kim Han Gyeol. It will tell the story of a realistic romance between a couple in their 30s. It is produced by Zip Cinema, who created “The Priests” and “All About My Wife.”
Kim Rae Won mostly appears in thriller and action films. It is his first time in 14 years since “My Little Bride” to appear in a romantic comedy. It is also Gong Hyo Jin’s first time in seven years since “Love Fiction” to appear in a romantic comedy. Thus the combination of the two actors will be refreshing and new to movie lovers. Kim Rae Won and Gong Hyo Jin will be working together after 15 years since the premiere of the drama “Snowman.”
The production team of “The Most Ordinary Romance” is going through the final stages in casting. It will start filming this winter and is scheduled to premiere on the latter half of 2019.
