BTOB's Ilhoon To DJ Radio Program About Idols
BTOB’s Ilhoon will soon be taking on the airwaves.
According to a source from MBC radio, the newest DJ of “Idol Radio” will be none other than Ilhoon. He shared, “It’s my first time becoming a radio DJ, so I’m very nervous and worried. However, I’m lucky that I’ll be following after Eunkwang’s footsteps. I will do my best.”
The BTOB member is known for his rapping and producing skills, having previously composed the group’s 2017 track “Movie.” He was previously active as a substitute MC for MBC every1’s “Weekly Idol,” where he popularized the “Gwiyomi Song.”
Producing director (PD) Son Bbu Ing (Son Han Seo) stated, “I’m excited to be creating the first idol-centered radio program, as K-Pop is blowing through the world.”
“Idol Radio” is Korea’s first idol radio program dedicated towards idol-related content. Fans will be able to tune in live through the Naver V app channel. The program will also host live broadcasts prior to the actual broadcasts on September 27 and October 4 through the Naver V app and Weibo.
