Ahn Jae Hyun And Lee Da Hee Share "Opposites-Attract" Chemistry In "The Beauty Inside”

On the upcoming JTBC drama “The Beauty Inside,” Ahn Jae Hyun and Lee Da Hee prove that opposites attract!

Loosely based on the popular 2015 romantic comedy film of the same name, “The Beauty Inside” will tell the love story of Han Se Gye (played by Seo Hyun Jin), an A-list actress who must spend one week out of each month living in someone else’s body, and Seo Do Jae (played by Lee Min Ki), a brilliant man who suffers from prosopagnosia (the inability to recognize other people’s faces).

Lee Da Hee will star as Seo Do Jae’s ambitious stepsister Kang Sa Ra, a beautiful and intelligent career woman who is determined to get ahead, while Ahn Jae Hyun will play the role of Han Se Gye’s loyal friend Ryu Eun Ho, a kind and peaceful soul with an innocent, positive energy.

Although the two characters could not be more different, they find themselves inexplicably drawn to one another after crossing paths. While attempting to suss out her stepbrother’s weaknesses, Kang Sa Ra ends up learning Han Se Gye’s secret, which Ryu Eun Ho has faithfully guarded for a long time.

The latest stills from the drama offer a sneak peek of Kang Sa Ra and Ryu Eun Ho’s tense first meeting.

The drama’s producers commented, “Lee Da Hee and Ahn Jae Hyun are exhibiting perfect synchronization with their characters while they act, as though they are wearing custom-tailored clothing. The two actors have also added their own unique colors to the characters, who have completely opposite charms.”

They went on, “Viewers will find their chemistry both refreshing and entertaining.”
