GOT7, BTS, And Roy Kim Top Gaon Weekly Charts
Gaon Chart has revealed its chart rankings for the week of September 16 to 22!
GOT7’s new album “Present : YOU” topped this week’s physical album chart, while BTS’s “Love Yourself: Answer” climbed six spots in the rankings to take second place. WJSN (Cosmic Girls)’s latest mini album “WJ Please?” debuted at No. 3 on the chart, with DreamCatcher’s “Alone in the City” and NCT Dream’s “We Go Up” rounding out the top five at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.
Roy Kim dominated the digital charts this week, with his new song “The Hardest Part” hitting No. 1 on both the overall digital chart and the download chart. Punch’s “Goodbye” took No. 2 on the overall digital chart, followed by Sunmi’s “Siren” at No. 3, Im Chang Jung’s “There Has Never Been A Day I Haven’t Loved You” at No. 4, and Shaun’s “Way Back Home” at No. 5.
On the download chart, Roy Kim’s “The Hardest Part” was followed by Im Chang Jung’s “There Has Never Been A Day I Haven’t Loved You” at No. 2, GOT7’s new title track “Lullaby” at No. 3, Punch’s “Goodbye” at No. 4, and Sunmi’s “Siren” at No. 5.
Punch’s “Goodbye” rose six spots on the streaming chart to claim No. 1 for the week, with Sunmi’s “Siren” at No. 2, Roy Kim’s “The Hardest Part” at No. 3, Shaun’s “Way Back Home” at No. 4, and Paul Kim’s “Every Day, Every Moment” at No. 5.
BTS nearly swept the social chart this week, taking four spots out of the top five. Their latest title track “IDOL” stayed strong at No. 1, followed by “DNA” at No. 2, “Fake Love” at No. 3, and the alternate version of “IDOL” featuring Nicki Minaj at No. 5. T-ara’s Hyomin took No. 4 on the chart this week with her new single “Mango.”
