Kim Hee Sun And Oh Dae Hwan Have Tense Standoff In "Room No. 9"

tvN’s upcoming weekend drama “Room No. 9” will tell the story of a prisoner on death row Jang Hwa Sa (Kim Hae Sook) and a lawyer Eulji Hae Yi (Kim Hee Sun) switching bodies, and Gi Yoo Jin (Kim Young Kwang), the man who holds the key to their fates. They will be joined by Oh Dae Hwan playing the detective Oh Bong Sam, who has an ill-fated relationship with Eulji Hae Yi and is currently working as a traffic cop who is waiting to seek his revenge.

New stills show Kim Hee Sun and Oh Dae Hwan locked in a tense standoff in the middle of the road. In the stills, Oh Dae Hwan is testing Kim Hee Sun to see if she is driving under the influence, and he can’t take his intense glare off of her. Meanwhile, Kim Hee Sun is taken aback by the sudden examination she is placed under, and she looks on as if she’s at a loss of words. Though she thinks he’s being ridiculous, Kim Hee Sun stills lets Oh Dae Hwan do what he needs to, though she expresses her distaste by folding her arms. The situation feels like a fight is about to break out at any moment.

The production staff of “Room No. 9” stated, “Oh Dae Hwan and Kim Hee Sun will bring more tension to the drama with their rocky interactions. It will be interesting to see how the two start off and how their relationship changes as the drama progresses.”

“Room No. 9” will be the follow-up to “Mr. Sunshine” and will premiere on October 6 at 9 p.m. KST. The drama will also be available on Viki!
