iKON Takes Top Spot On Oricon’s Weekly Album Chart With 'Return'

iKON’s latest releases in both Korea and Japan are excelling on the charts!

On October 2, Japan’s largest music statistics site Oricon revealed that iKON’s “Return” came in at No. 1 on the weekly album chart with 66,000 units sold. This is notably a personal best for iKON in terms of first week sales in Japan. Released on September 26, “Return” is the Japanese version of iKON’s second full-length album of the same name.

This is the second time iKON has topped Oricon’s weekly album chart, following their mini album “New Kids: Begin” in August 2017.

The group just made a successful comeback in Korea as well with their mini album “New Kids: The Final,” which features title track “Goodbye Road.” The track itself topped major realtime charts, and continues to do so, while the album placed first on iTunes albums charts around the world.

iKON will be continuing their “iKON Japan Tour 2018” with concerts in Tokyo on November 6-7 and Osaka on December 22-23.
