Winners Of 27th Buil Film Awards

The 27th Buil Film Awards on October 5 celebrated some of the year’s best movies and actors!

The annual ceremony is held by the newspaper Busan Ilbo, and takes place during the Busan International Film Festival. “The Spy Gone North” was the biggest winner of the evening, earning five trophies in total including Best Film.

Best Supporting Actress: Kim Sun Young (“Herstory”)

Popular Star Award: EXO’s D.O. (Do Kyung Soo), Kim Hyang Gi (“Along with the Gods” series)

Yu Hyun Mok Film Arts Award: Ozi Film

Best New Actor: Kim Choong Gil (“Loser’s Adventure”)

Best New Actress: Kim Da Mi (“The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion”)

Best New Director: Jun Go Woon (“Microhabitat”)

Best Screenplay: Kwon Sung Whee, Yoon Jong Bin (“The Spy Gone North”)

Best Cinematography: Kim Woo Hyung (“1987: When the Day Comes”)

Best Music: Mowg (“Burning”)
