Yuri Talks About Meeting Idols Like DreamCatcher Who Are Girls' Generation Fans At Music Shows
It must be so surreal for Girls’ Generation’s Yuri!
The idol recently appeared on the October 9 broadcast of SBS Power FM’s “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time,” where she discussed promoting as a solo artist.
When a listener sent in a question asking how she felt about performing on music shows alone, Yuri expressed, “I’m really embarrassed.”
She explained, “They will give me the best waiting room, the one that is the largest and closest to the stage. My juniors will also come to greet me.”
While on the topic of music shows, Yuri also revealed what it’s like to meet younger idols who are fans of Girls’ Generation.
“There’s a girl idol group called DreamCatcher, and some of the members wrote me a letter saying they are a fan and personally gave it to me. What’s written on there is quite long, with things like how they liked me since they were still students,” she explained. Yuri added, “I can’t believe it. Time flies by so quickly.”
Yuri recently dropped her first solo album “The First Scene.” Check out her music video for title track “Into You” here!
