Gaon Reveals Latest Monthly And Weekly Chart Rankings
Gaon Chart has published its latest monthly and weekly chart rankings!
GOT7 reigned over the physical album chart for the month of September with their latest album “Present : YOU.” NCT Dream took second place with “We Go Up,” while BTS’s “Love Yourself: Answer,” which was officially certified a double-million seller this month, came in at third. INFINITE’s Nam Woohyun’s “Second Write..” claimed fourth place, followed by SHINee’s “‘The Story of Light’ Epilogue” at fifth.
Sunmi swept the digital charts this month—her latest hit “Siren” took No. 1 on the overall digital chart, the download chart, and the streaming chart for September.
Shaun’s “Way Back Home” came in at No. 2 on the overall digital chart, followed by Paul Kim’s “Every Day, Every Moment” at No. 3, BTS’s “IDOL” at No. 4, and Punch’s “Goodbye” at No. 5.
The top five on this month’s download chart was entirely dominated by new releases: Sunmi’s “Siren” debuted at No. 1, followed by Im Chang Jung’s “There Has Never Been A Day I Haven’t Loved You” at No. 2, Roy Kim’s “The Hardest Part” at No. 3, Punch’s “Goodbye” at No. 4, and Girls’ Generation’s new unit Oh!GG’s “Lil’ Touch” at No. 5.
Sunmi topped the monthly streaming chart with “Siren,” followed by Shaun’s “Way Back Home” at No. 2, Paul Kim’s “Every Day, Every Moment” at No. 3, BTS’s “IDOL” at No. 4, and Ben’s “Love, ing” at No. 5.
iKON topped two separate weekly charts for the week of September 30 to October 6. The group’s latest release “New Kids : The Final” debuted at No. 1 on the physical album chart, followed by Girls’ Generation’s Yuri’s solo debut “The First Scene” at No. 2. GOT7’s “Present : YOU” came in at No. 3, followed by the “Mr. Sunshine” OST at No. 4, and BTS’s “Love Yourself: Answer” at No. 5.
iKON also hit No. 1 on the weekly download chart with their new title track “Goodbye Road,” followed by Im Chang Jung’s “There Has Never Been A Day I Haven’t Loved You” at No. 2, Park Won’s “rudderless” at No. 3, Hwang Chi Yeol’s “How Can I Forget” at No. 4, and Roy Kim’s “The Hardest Part” at No. 5.
Im Chang Jung held onto his spot at No. 1 on this week’s overall digital chart with “There Has Never Been A Day I Haven’t Loved You.” iKON’s “Goodbye Road” debuted at No. 2, followed by Roy Kim’s “The Hardest Part” at No. 3, Sunmi’s “Siren” at No. 4, and Punch’s “Goodbye” at No. 5.
Im Chang Jung also continued to top the weekly streaming chart with “There Has Never Been A Day I Haven’t Loved You,” followed by Roy Kim’s “The Hardest Part” at No. 2 and Sunmi’s “Siren” at No. 3. iKON’s “Goodbye Road” debuted at No. 4 on the chart, followed by Punch’s “Goodbye” at No. 5.
BTS dominated the social chart once again this week, sweeping the top four spots in the rankings with “IDOL,” “Fake Love,” “DNA,” and their remix of “MIC Drop.” T-ara’s Hyomin rounded out the top five for the week with her latest single “Mango.”
