"100 Days My Prince" And "Where Stars Land" Maintain Top Positions In Viewership Ratings
Monday-Tuesday dramas continue to enrapture viewers with their latest episodes.
SBS’s “Where Stars Land” and tvN’s “100 Days My Prince” were the strongest contenders in viewership ratings on October 15.
According to Nielsen Korea, “Where Stars Land” brought in ratings of 6.9 percent and 8.0 percent, maintaining its position as first in its time slot among public broadcasting station dramas.
It placed above KBS2’s “Matrimonial Chaos,” which saw a viewership of 2.6 percent and 3.8 percent, as well as MBC’s “Bad Papa.” The MBC drama aired back-to-back broadcasts on October 15, as it will not air on October 16 in lieu of a baseball game. Its brought in ratings of 2.6 percent, 2.7 percent, 3.1 percent, and 3.3 percent.
However, “100 Days My Prince” scored higher ratings of 10.1 percent across all paid platforms, including cable, satellite, and IPTV. While the manner in which ratings for public broadcasting and cable programs are calculated slightly differs, the show continued to be the No. 1 drama in its time slot across all public and paid networks.
Another cable drama, JTBC’s “The Beauty Inside,” recorded 3.9 percent in viewership for its October 15 episode.
