Song Hye Kyo And Park Bo Gum's tvN Drama Confirms Premiere Date

Prepare your calendars as Song Hye Kyo and Park Bo Gum’s upcoming tvN drama “Encounter” (formerly “Boyfriend”) has officially set a premiere date!

On October 16, a source from tvN confirmed, “‘Encounter’ is scheduled to be tvN’s next Wednesday-Thursday drama, and it will begin airing on November 28.” It had previously been reported that the drama would air sometime in November, but now the date has been finalized.

“Encounter” will be a romance story of Cha Soo Hyun (Song Hye Kyo), who has never been able to make a decision for herself in her entire life, and Kim Jin Hyuk (Park Bo Gum), a man with a free and pure soul. Cha Soo Hyun is the daughter of a politician and has never made her own life decisions. She is the ex-wife of a chaebol and is also the head of a hotel. Kim Jin Hyuk is innocent and sweet man who values and is content with his ordinary life.

Kicking things off with their first script reading in August, the cast and crew of “Encounter” is busy filming the drama. The drama will be the follow-up to “The Stars Have Left Your Eyes” and will premiere on November 28.
