Kim Ji Soo Criticized For Drunken Behavior At Interview

Actress Kim Ji Soo is currently under fire for her behavior at a recent interview.

On October 17, an interview was planned for Kim Ji Soo’s latest film “Intimate Strangers.” Though she was scheduled to come in at 10 a.m., Kim Ji Soo did not arrive on time, and a source stated, “Her manager can’t be contacted.”

Reporters from around 10 media outlets waited for over 40 minutes until Kim Ji Soo arrived wearing a hat. With an extremely quiet voice, she apologized by saying, “I’m sorry,” and took a seat.

During the interview, she said, “There were things that were more exciting in the scenarios than what I expected. I think it came out well.”

As she began the interview with her words slurred, the reporters asked, “Did you come [to the interview] after drinking?” to which Kim Ji Soo replied, “Yes. I was talking about some regrettable things until late in the night yesterday.”

She also told the reporters, “Ask away. I’ll answer,” a phrase that did not make sense in that situation. In this unprecedented, ridiculous situation, the reporters were not able to continue on with the interview.

A source revealed, “She couldn’t drink due to her schedules, but after watching the film yesterday, she remembered the hard times during filming. I think that’s why she drank yesterday.” After Kim Ji Soo left the interview, another source stated, “We’ve canceled the 10 a.m. interview, and we’ll have to discuss what to do about the next interview.”

The actress currently stars in SBS’s “Where Stars Land” alongside Lee Je Hoon and Chae Soo Bin.
