Jang Dong Gun And Ko So Young Make Donation To Help Families With Sick Children

Jang Dong Gun and Ko So Young made a generous donation for pediatric patients.

The actor-actress couple recently donated 100 million won (approximately $88,800) to the Asan Medical Center in Seoul and asked that it be used to pay for the medical treatment of sick children from families with financial difficulties.

Since October 2010, Jang Dong Gun and Ko So Young have made donations of 100 million won every year for their eldest son’s birthday towards a special welfare organization that supports families of single mothers. This year, they chose to donate to the Asan Medical Center to help pediatric patients in need.

The couple has consistently given back to the community. They participated in various donation and volunteer events for the victims of the Pohang earthquake that occurred last November.

Jang Dong Gun recently confirmed his appearance in tvN’s “Asadal” alongside Song Joong Ki and Kim Ji Won. The drama is set to premiere in the first half of 2019.
