Kim Min Jung Departs From "Tazza 3" And Choi Yoo Hwa Steps In As Replacement

Actress Kim Min Jung has stepped down from the upcoming film “Tazza: One Eyed Jack,” also known as “Tazza 3.”

According to her agency, Kim Min Jung departed from the film due to some differences of opinion between her and the staff. Previously, there were rumors of disagreements between Kim Min Jung and the staff and their different opinions and views about the film turning into conflict.

On October 22, a source told TV Report, “It’s true that Kim Min Jung stepped down from ‘Tazza 3,’ but it wasn’t because there was a negative issue. She decided to depart due to a simple difference of opinion with the staff.”

Kim Min Jung was originally cast as Madonna, taking the baton as the lead female actress from Kim Hye Soo and Shin Se Kyung from the first and second Tazza films, respectively. However, due to a difference in the character analysis and viewpoints, the female character was replaced. Choi Yoo Hwa has stepped in and is currently in the middle of filming.

“Tazza 3” will tell the story of Jjakgwi’s son,  Do Il Chool. Park Jung Min and Ryu Seung Bum will be joining the film as its male leads. “Tazza 3” is scheduled to premiere in March 2019.
