Kim Sae Ron In Talks To Join Park Shin Yang And Go Hyun Jung For "My Lawyer, Mr. Joe 2"
Actress Kim Sae Ron may be returning to the small screen soon!
Kim Sae Ron is considering “My Lawyer, Mr. Joe 2” as her next work. A source from KBS stated, “Kim Sae Ron was offered a role in ‘My Lawyer, Mr. Joe 2’, and she is [currently] reviewing it.”
The actress is set to turn 20 years old (by Korean reckoning) next year, in which case this character will be the first role that she plays as an adult. If Kim Sae Ron accepts the offer, she will be playing Yoon So Mi, the daughter of an investigator who worked with Jo Deul Ho (Park Shin Yang) during his first term as a prosecutor. Known to have Asperger syndrome, Yoon So Mi has an excellent memory, making her a great partner to Jo Deul Ho. As he is her role model, she graduates from law school to become a legal officer.
“My Lawyer, Mr. Joe 2” will tell the story of Jo Deul Ho’s life after his lawyer license gets taken away and a big and powerful law firm falsely charges him for something that he does not do. Both Park Shin Yang and Go Hyun Jung have been confirmed to star in the drama, which will premiere in January 2019.
