Update: Lee Si Young Confirmed To Take The Lead In Upcoming KBS Drama

Lee Si Young is confirmed to appear on KBS’s upcoming drama!
On November 12, Lee Si Young’s agency Huayi Brothers revealed, “Lee Si Young is cast in KBS’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama, ‘Liver or Die,’ which is scheduled to air in January 2019.”
The drama tells the story of Mr. Poong Sang and his family, who cannot live an ordinary life even if they wanted to. Lee Si Young will play the younger twin Lee Hwa Sang, who always felt inferior being compared to her older twin Lee Jung Sang (played by Jun Hye Bin) who is a doctor.
Viewers are looking forward to Lee Si Young’s charms, as she has shown unique acting skills in many different dramas. She showed powerful action in “The Guardian” and a woman with a pure soul in “Risky Romance.”

Lee Si Young is in talks for KBS’s upcoming drama, “Liver or Die.”
On October 25, the actress’s agency Huayi Brothers revealed, “Lee Si Young was offered the female lead role in KBS 2TV’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama, ‘Liver or Die’ and is carefully reviewing the role.”
If she accepts, she will play the troublesome younger twin. Her character is a woman who experiences running away from home, living together with her lover without getting married, and getting divorced at a young age. It will be Lee Si Young’s return to the small screens after four months since the finale of “Risky Romance” in 2018.
“Liver or Die” is written by Moon Young Nam, who wrote “Our Gap Soon,” and “Three Brothers.” The drama is scheduled to premiere after the finale of “Happy If You Died.”
