Block B's Jaehyo Assures Fans He Is Safe After Being Caught In Typhoon
Block B’s Jaehyo has announced that he is fine after being caught in a typhoon.
On October 25, he wrote on his Instagram, “Exhausted after being caught up in Typhoon Yutu’s wind and rain in Guam.” He also included a photo of himself resting in bed.
A day later, he wrote on October 26, “Typhoon.. [My flight] was delayed 12 hours. I’ve arrived safely in Korea! I almost flew away.” Although his flight was delayed due to the typhoon, Jaehyo assured fans that he was safe. In the attached video, Jaehyo can be seen standing outside and taking photos while the wind blows fiercely in the background.
Super Typhoon Yutu recently passed by Saipan and Tinian in the Mariana Islands archipelago with wind gusts of 290 kilometers per hour (180 miles per hour). As Super Typhoon Yutu hit Saipan, many water and electricity facilities were left destroyed.
