Nam Tae Hyun, APRIL's Chaekyung, Giant Pink, And Kanto Confirmed As Cast Of Music Variety Show

The cast has been finalized for Naver TV’s “Blooming Melody 2.”

“Blooming Melody” is a show where four artists go on a trip, use their feelings and thoughts from the trip to create music, and busk in beautiful places.

The second season of the music variety show has released details about its newest members. Its cast includes blues-rock band South Club member Nam Tae Hyun, winner of “Unpretty Rapstar 3” Giant Pink, girl group APRIL’s Chaekyung, and rapper Kanto who has previously appeared on “Show Me the Money 2” and “The Unit.”

Unlike the first season of “Blooming Melody” where the cast was made up of singers that rarely appeared on variety programs, the second season will feature actively promoting artists.

The program will take place in the region of Chuncheon in Gangwon Province and show the artists’ fun, comfortable appearances while traveling. At the end of the show, the cast will put on a busking performance and express their feelings from their trip through music.

“Blooming Melody 2” will premiere on November 1 and air every week on Naver TV. The song from the show will be released on music sites after the program ends.
