EXO Sets A New Personal Best In Stock Pre-Orders, Foreshadows Their Status As Quintuple Million Sellers
As expected of EXO!
It has been revealed that EXO’s upcoming fifth studio album “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo” has surpassed a whopping 1.1 million in stock pre-orders, 1,104,617 to be exact as of October 30. This number refers to the stock pre-orders made by wholesale dealers and retailers.
This marks a personal best in stock pre-orders for EXO, as it surpassed their personal record of 807,235 pre-orders set by their fourth studio album “The War.”
Before their new album’s release, the news also foretells EXO gaining a new title as “quintuple million sellers” soon.
EXO was the first group in 12 years to sell a million physical copies back in 2013 with their first studio album “XOXO.” Since then, they have consistently surpassed the 1 million mark in physical sales with every consecutive full-length studio album, with most recently “The War” having done it in 24 days of its release.
EXO will be performing their title track “Tempo” on the November 2 broadcast of KBS2’s “Music Bank,” just around the time the full album drops on the same day at 6 p.m. KST. They will also be holding a comeback showcase at 8 p.m. KST that day.
