Yoo Joon Sang, Jeon Hye Bin, And Lee Chang Yeob Confirmed For Upcoming Drama
Yoo Joon Sang, Jeon Hye Bin, and Lee Chang Yeob are confirmed for the upcoming drama that Lee Si Young is also in talks for.
KBS2’s upcoming drama, “Liver or Die” will tell the story of a lonely and pitiful middle-aged man who has always lived for other people and never lived for himself. The drama will try to portray this topic in a way that viewers can still experience humor and be touched.
Yoo Joon Sang will play the male lead Lee Poong Sang, who had to take care of his four younger siblings after his parents left. He previously appeared in dramas like “Pied Piper” and “Distorted.”
Jeon Hye Bin will play one of the female leads, Lee Jung Sang. Lee Jung Sang is the older twin sister of Lee Hwa Sang. Lee Si Young is in talks for the role of Lee Hwa Sang. If Lee Si Young accepts, the two actresses will act as sisters. Compared to her younger sister, Lee Jung Sang is smart, logical, and has a cold personality. She is a doctor of a university hospital who tries to marry her college sweetheart who is also a doctor. She suffers from the strong objection of her boyfriend’s family, and encounters another crisis when she falls in love again after she fails to marry her boyfriend.
Lee Chang Yeob, who appeared in dramas like “The Rich Son” and “Sisters-In-Law” will play the other male lead in the drama.
“Liver or Die” will be written by Moon Young Nam, who wrote dramas like “Wang’s Family” and “Our Gap Soon.” The drama is slated to premiere in January 2019.
