Watch: Hong Jin Young Reveals Her Everyday Life As 1st Female Guest On "My Ugly Duckling"

Hong Jin Young will be the first-ever female celebrity to star on SBS’s “My Ugly Duckling”!

At the end of the November 11 episode, the program aired a preview of next week’s episode featuring Hong Jin Young.

All of the cast members and featured guests on “My Ugly Duckling” so far have been male celebrities. The show chronicles the everyday lives of male bachelor celebrities as their moms observe and comment from the studio.

When the cast watched the preview for next week’s episode, they were surprised to see makeup, lace curtains, and a vanity. They were delighted to see Hong Jin Young’s face and called her the “nation’s battery” (a reference to her hit song “Love Battery”). The preview gave viewers a peek at her everyday life at home, endless bright energy, and her older sister.

“My Ugly Duckling” airs on Sundays at 9:05 p.m. KST. Check out the preview below:
