PENTAGON's "Shine" Becomes Their 1st MV To Reach 100 Million Views
PENTAGON has achieved an impressive feat with “Shine”!
The group’s hit track was released on April 2 at 6 p.m. KST. About seven months and nine days later on November 11 at approximately 10:30 p.m. KST, the music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube. These are the combined views for the official music video uploaded on 1theK’s channel and PENTAGON’s official channel.
This is PENTAGON’s first music video with 100 million views. The only other K-pop groups who have achieved this feat are BTS, TWICE, BLACKPINK, BIGBANG, EXO, 2NE1, Girls’ Generation, GOT7, MOMOLAND, iKON, Red Velvet, Super Junior, f(x), SHINee, 4Minute, and SEVENTEEN.
Kino took to Twitter to celebrate the achievement, writing, “Thank you for 100 million views. A gift made by our Universe. We will work harder.”
