Jang Woo Hyuk Shares Why He Got Emotional During H.O.T.'s Reunion Concert

H.O.T.’s Jang Woo Hyuk and SHINee’s Key appeared as guests on the November 14 episode of “Let’s Eat Dinner Together.”

During the episode, Jang Woo Hyuk talked about having an H.O.T. concert after 17 years.

Kang Ho Dong opened up the topic, saying, “100,000 people came. [Your fans] may have forgot for a moment, but they didn’t completely forget you all. They’ve kept [H.O.T.] in their hearts for 17 years. I wonder what the power of the complete H.O.T. was like.”

Jang Woo Hyuk replied, “It was our first concert in 17 years, and there were emotions I felt for the first time. I haven’t had many opportunities to make eye-contact with fans. I haven’t performed that much either. At the concert, I met eyes with fans, and I was overwhelmed with emotions that I couldn’t describe. All the things that happened in 17 years passed through my mind.”

Then he added, “We wept tears of joy as if we understood each other. I was sorry and thankful. Since we were holding a concert for the first time in 17 years, I was so sorry for that especially.”
