TWICE Wins Big At 60th Japan Record Awards
TWICE has made yet another remarkable achievement.
On November 16, the 60th Japan Record Awards revealed this year’s list of awardees. Among them is TWICE, who won the Excellent Work Award for their single “Wake Me Up.” Released last May, the single recorded over 500,000 units sold and was the first foreign female artist‘s single to be certified double platinum. The group will be attending the awards ceremony on December 30 at Japanese TBS broadcasting station.
The group recently confirmed their appearance at famous end-of-year music show NHK’s “Kōhaku Uta Gassen,” and will be holding their Japanese dome tour next March and April.
TWICE recently made a comeback in Korea with their 6th mini album, and has been successfully topping various music charts with their title track “Yes or Yes.”
Congratulations to TWICE!
