JYJ's Kim Junsu Talks About The Things He Missed The Most While In The Army

JYJ’s Kim Junsu recently spent some time communicating with fans and giving them an update on how he’s been since being discharged from the military.

On November 16, Kim Junsu held a lying down broadcast on V Live, where he communicated and spent some time with fans. He shared, “I think I’m going to fall asleep while doing a lying down broadcast. I become sleepy when it gets around 9 or 10 p.m. But I’ll do my best so that everyone can sleep well.”

He began by greeting each and every one of his fans by name and talked about how he has been busy recently because of his musical. He then picked what he had missed the most while in the army, stating, “When I was in the army, I missed being on stage with fans. But I also missed traveling. I really like traveling. I even perused travel magazines.”

Kim Junsu then asked fans for comments, saying that he wanted to chat with them. When a fan brought up food, he talked about how he had been obsessed with hot pot recently. He commented, “Whenever I got out of the military, I got [hot pot]. Hot pot is the best.”

He talked more about traveling with his fans, and even received recommendations on travel destinations in Korea and abroad. When one fan recommended Nonsan, a city in a mountainous region in Korea, he joked, “I hope people from Nonsan don’t misunderstand. I like Nonsan, but not right now.”

Continuing to communicate with his fans, Kim Junsu picked getting his driver’s license as one of his proudest moments. When one fan commented on how they were in their late 20s but still got their ID checked, Kim Junsu talked about he also still got his ID checked. When his fans didn’t believe him, he laughed and protested, “It’s true!”
