Kim Ki Bum Hopes To Deliver Positive Energy With New Variety Show
Recently, SBS Plus held a press conference for their new variety program, “Bipedal Life” (literal translation).
The variety show will be Kim Ki Bum‘s first domestic activity in six years after starring in the 2012 tvN drama, “I Love Lee Tae Ri.” Kim Ki Bum revealed, “I had a lot of worries because I haven’t filmed variety shows for a really long time. However, I liked that I could deliver some positive energy because the purpose of the program is about earning hope through walking.” He also added that that he chose “Two Feet Life” with the hopes of connecting with and getting closer to Korea.
When asked about what he had been up to, Kim Ki Bum explained, “After finishing my business with my previous company, SM Entertainment, there were things I wanted to experience on my own, and I wanted to start fresh with new work after finding a new support system. I spent time looking for a new course.” He went to specify that he spent time filming a movie in China and traveling with his mother.
“Two Feet Life” will center around the concept of “getting into the fun of walking,” and the show will features stars and their walking life. The program hopes to send a message of how fun it is to walk with close ones by showing stars walking with their close friends, loving family, and fellow coworkers.
Lee Soo Geun and S.E.S. member Eugene will act as the MCs for “Two Feet Life,” and the show will features stars such as Kim Ki Bum, Hwang Bo Ra, Uhm Hyun Kyung, Sleepy, Lee Hee Kyung, Yoo Hyun Joon, and Yang Chi Seung.
The show is set to premiere December 6, 8:30 p.m. KST.
