MOMOLAND's JooE Drops Charges Against Malicious Commenters

MOMOLAND’s JooE has decided to drop charges against the individuals who spread false rumors about her being a bully at school.

A source from her agency said, “We submitted a request to withdraw our lawsuit through our legal representative today. The individuals who spread the rumors have apologized and feel remorse, so we have withdrawn the charges with JooE’s consent.”

The false rumors regarding JooE started spreading last January. An individual referred to as “A” claimed to be a victim and posted on social media. Following the posts, JooE’s agency stated that the rumors were false and that they would take legal action against the malicious comments and rumors.

“A” recently publicly posted a handwritten apology letter admitting to lying about the rumors and asked for forgiveness.

MOMOLAND released their latest mini album “Fun to the World” in June and won an award at the 2018 Melon Music Awards.
