EXO's D.O. And Nam Ji Hyun To Make Cameos In Ryu Hye Young's Drama
EXO’s D.O. and Nam Ji Hyun will be appearing in cable channel O’live’s latest drama!
On December 6, O’live stated, “Nam Ji Hyun and D.O. have completed filming their cameo [scenes] for ‘Dear My Room.’ They readily gave up their time despite their busy schedules and participated in shooting [for the drama].”
Based on a webtoon, “Dear My Room” is about a single woman who is in between jobs and uses interior design to restore her own and others’ lives. Ryu Hye Young plays the role of Shim Eun Joo, an editing designer who quits her job and is taking a break from work.
D.O. and Nam Ji Hyun decided to make an appearance in “Dear My Room” due to their relationship with producing director (PD) So Jae Hyun, who is currently a PD for “Dear My Room” and previously worked with “100 Days My Prince” as well. Many of the staff from “Dear My Room” were also staff for “100 Days My Prince,” so it is rumored that the actors gladly accepted the cameo proposal. Their cameos will be broadcast near the second half of the show.
The two actors recently appeared in tvN’s “100 Days My Prince” as its main leads. The drama ended on October 30 with the fourth highest viewership ratings in tvN history.
“Dear My Room” airs on Tuesdays at 11 p.m. KST.
