Yoo Seung Ho And Jo Bo Ah's New Drama "My Strange Hero" Premieres To Strong Viewership Ratings
SBS’s “My Strange Hero” is off to a solid start!
“My Strange Hero” is a new Monday-Tuesday romantic comedy drama starring Yoo Seung Ho and Jo Bo Ah as former classmates who meet again at the same high school nine years later.
According to Nielsen Korea, the drama’s December 10 premiere took second place in its time slot across all channels. The broadcast scored average viewership ratings of 4.3 percent and 5.4 percent for its two parts, peaking at 8.1 percent for the night.
Meanwhile, MBC’s “Less than Evil” continued to top its time slot with average viewership ratings of 7.4 percent and 9.1 percent for its two parts. The drama also took first place in its time slot among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49.
JTBC’s “Clean with Passion for Now” enjoyed an increase in viewership, scoring average nationwide ratings of 3.5 percent and 3.7 percent for the night (though it is worth noting that viewership ratings are calculated slightly differently for cable network dramas).
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Just Dance” scored average viewership ratings of 1.7 percent and 2.0 percent for the night.
