EXID’s “brother group” TREI will be making their official debut!
On December 14, their agency Banana Culture Entertainment stated, “New boy group TREI is preparing for their official debut at the beginning of next year.”
TREI is made up of members Lee Jae Jun, Chae Chang Hyun, and Kim Jun Tae.
The leader of the group, Lee Jae Jun is a former member of C-Clown. He and Chae Chang Hyun were originally known as the duo TREI, released a unit album, “UP,” in August 2017, and appeared on “MIXNINE” a few months after.
In May 2018, Kim Jun Tae was announced as the third member of TREI and they dropped their pre-debut release “NIKE” soon after. They have been active on SoundCloud and YouTube, where they often show off their talents in rapping, producing, and singing, and also recently held their first fan sign event.
