f(x)'s Luna Warns Fans About Elaborate Fake Account Impersonating Her

f(x)’s Luna has warned fans about an elaborate fake Facebook account impersonating her.

On December 14, Luna posted on her Instagram, “I’m not sure if I’m blocked, but this account on Facebook is pretending to be Luna. I couldn’t see the account, so when other celebrities or people I knew asked if it was me, I replied that I do have an account but that I don’t use it often. I didn’t know that the account went to this extent of pretending to be Luna and contacting the people around me. If [the owner of the fake account] sees this, please delete the account and never impersonate me again! I’m very upset.”

Soon afterwards, Luna posted more pictures from the fake account. She added, “If you’ve seen this fake Facebook ID impersonating Luna or you’ve added them as a friend, please report them! Also, I’m sorry as I should have paid more attention to this matter. It’s a relief that I at least know of this now. If you’ve added this account as a friend on Facebook, please report them! I’ve officially certified my Facebook ID (Luna), so the account will pop up if you search Luna on Facebook.”

The pictures that have been captured from the fake account make it seem as if Luna is communicating with her fans. Many fans were surprised to see the fake account updating various posts and screenshots of messaging apps that appeared to be about her personal life.

Currently, Luna is busy acting as the Special DJ for KBS Cool FM’s “Lee Suzy’s Gayo Plaza.”
