EXO's Suho Talks About Pressure Of His Position As Leader

In a recent interview and pictorial for Leon magazine, EXO’s Suho reflected on his role as group leader.

The EXO leader, who will be gracing the cover of the magazine’s upcoming January issue, posed for an elegant yet modern photo shoot dressed in silk shirts and muted-color suits.

When asked how he managed to maintain his high energy levels amidst EXO’s busy schedule, Suho reported feeling energized by the process of planning his future. He explained, “Setting concrete goals and dreams, then putting them into action one by one—that serves as my inner motivation.”

Suho also confessed that the position of group leader comes with an inevitable burden of responsibility. “As we approach the eighth year of [EXO’s] career, I do feel the sense of responsibility that comes with this position,” he admitted.

However, he went on to share that he sees his responsibility in a positive light. “But that feeling [of responsibility] is a good kind of pressure,” continued Suho. “It ensures that I don’t stop [and that I keep moving forward].”
