EXO, TWICE, And Ben Top Gaon Weekly Charts

Gaon Chart has revealed its chart rankings for the week of December 9 to 15!

EXO and Ben both topped two charts each this week, with EXO’s new repackaged album “Love Shot” debuting at No. 1 on the physical album chart and its title track debuting at No. 1 on the digital download chart. Meanwhile, Ben’s “180 Degrees” shot up in the rankings to hit No. 1 on both the overall digital chart and the streaming chart this week.

TWICE’s special album “The Year of YES” also made a strong debut on the weekly charts. The album’s title track “The Best Thing I Ever Did” debuted at No. 1 on the social chart, while the album itself came in at No. 2 on the weekly physical album chart.

New releases dominated this week’s physical album chart, with all of the top five albums making their very first appearance on the chart. EXO’s “Love Shot” debuted at No. 1, followed by TWICE’s “The Year of YES” at No. 2, DAY6’s “Remember Us : Youth Part 2” at No. 3, UP10TION’s “Laberinto” at No. 4, and BTOB’s Changsub’s “Mark” at No. 5.

EXO also landed two songs in the top five of this week’s digital download chart, taking No. 1 with their new title track “Love Shot” and No. 5 with their B-side “Trauma.” Ben’s “180 Degrees” charted at No. 2 for the week, while Kim Dong Ryul’s collaboration with IU, “Fairy Tale,” came in at No. 3, followed by WINNER’s Song Mino’s “Fiancé” at No. 4.

Ben’s “180 Degrees” climbed 44 spots in the rankings to take No. 1 on this week’s overall digital chart, while Song Mino’s “Fiancé” and BLACKPINK’s Jennie’s “SOLO” stayed strong at No. 2 and No. 3 respectively. Kim Dong Ryul’s “Fairy Tale” took No. 4 for the week, and Paul Kim’s “Me After You” rounded out the top five.

Ben’s new hit “180 Degrees” also rose an impressive 69 spots on the streaming chart to claim No. 1 for the week. Song Mino’s “Fiancé” followed at No. 2, with Jennie’s “SOLO” at No. 3, Paul Kim’s “Me After You” at No. 4, and Kim Dong Ryul’s “Fairy Tale” at No. 5.

Finally, TWICE’s “The Best Thing I Ever Did” debuted at No. 1 on this week’s social chart, with their previous title track “YES or YES” still going strong at No. 3. BTS took two spots in the top five, with “IDOL” at No. 2 and “Fake Love” at No. 5, while EXO’s “Love Shot” debuted on the chart at No. 4.
