Park Ji Hoon Opens Solo Fan Cafe And Asks For Ideas For Fan Club Name
Park Ji Hoon is looking for a name for his fans as a solo artist!
Wanna One’s contracts with Swing Entertainment ended on December 31. While the project group will still be active together in January with their final concert coming at the end of the month and their planned attendance at award shows, there was much news shared on January 1 about the future plans of many of the members.
Park Ji Hoon’s agency Maroo Entertainment officially launched his solo fan cafe on January 1.
The agency also wrote, “We are holding a contest to determine Park Ji Hoon’s official fan club name in order to spend a happy 2019 together with the fans who must be waiting for Park Ji Hoon’s next leap forward. We ask that you send in many meaningful and witty ideas.” Park Ji Hoon will be choosing the name himself out of a short list of nominees. Ideas will be accepted until January 10 on his fan cafe.

It was also confirmed on January 1 that Wanna One’s leader Yoon Ji Sung is preparing to make a solo debut in February before he enlists for his mandatory military service. While reports stated that Ha Sung Woon is preparing for a solo debut as well, his agency has stated that nothing has been decided yet and he will first be resting. A January 1 report claims that Lai Guan Lin is planning to pursue acting in China and also promote as a member of a group with Cube labelmate Yoo Seon Ho, but his agency has not responded to confirm or deny the report.
Wanna One’s final concert will be held from January 24 to 27 at the Gocheok Sky Dome, where they made their debut with a show-con in August 2017.
