January Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from December 4 to January 5.
BLACKPINK topped this month’s rankings with a brand reputation index of 16,799,350, marking a 13.11 percent increase in their score since December. High-ranking phrases in BLACKPINK’s keyword analysis included “Jennie,” “dating,” and “EXO,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “love,” “happy,” and “cute.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 72.50 percent positive reactions.
TWICE took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 14,771,906, while Red Velvet came in third with a total index of 11,930,785 after seeing an impressive 50.52 percent increase in their score since December.
