WJSN Shares Their Chinese Members' Reactions To New Mini Album
WJSN (Cosmic Girls) spoke about promoting without their Chinese members.
On January 8, the girl group held a showcase for their new mini album “W J Stay?” at the Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul.
Bona began, “I can’t believe that 1,000 days have passed since we debuted. Thanks to our fans, I think we’ve been able to show various and growing appearances for the past three years. There are many things I learned through many promotions. We will continue to promote happily, so please look upon us favorably.”
About including two fan songs in the latest mini album, WJSN said, “This February will be our third debut anniversary. To express our feelings of gratitude to Ujungs [WJSN’s official fandom] for loving us for three years, we included two fan songs.”
Along with the last mini album promotions, WJSN’s Chinese members Xuan Yi, Mei Qi, and Chang Xiao have not joined the members for promotions for “WJ Stay?”
Eunseo explained, “Because of pre-existing schedules, they are unfortunately unable to participate in these promotions. The three members are cheering us on and we’re also cheering on our three members.”
She continued, “Since they’re our members, we obviously let them listen to our song first. They listened to the song ‘Memories’ which has their voices in it and monitored it for us. They said that their voices came out well. We also let them listen to ‘La La Love’ first, and I remember them saying that the concept and choreography turned out well.”
About their goal for this year, WJSN stated, “We had a solo concert two years ago, and we have a goal of wanting to do a solo concert this year as well for Ujungs. We also want to do overseas promotions and meet our international fans.”
