Kim Young Kwang, Jin Ki Joo, And More Confirmed For New SBS Romantic Comedy

SBS is gearing up to air a new office drama!

It was revealed in October that Kim Young Kwang and Jin Ki Joo are in talks to meet in a drama.

On January 16, it was confirmed that Kim Young Kwang, Jin Ki Joo, Kim Jae Kyung, and Mu Jin Sung will be starring in upcoming SBS drama “Love at First Sight” (working title).

The new romantic comedy is about cold-hearted boss Do Min Yik and hot-tempered secretary Jung Gal Hee.

Kim Young Kwang will take on the role of Do Min Yik, the chief of Team 1 at T&T Mobile Media. He is an intelligent character but a problematic boss who unnecessarily calls for his secretary all the time.

Jin Ki Joo will play his secretary Jung Gal Hee who obediently completes all the minimal tasks he asks of her. However, she also has a surprisingly harsh way of talking.

Kim Jae Kyung’s character Veronica Park is the CEO of film production company Cine Park. She boasts excellence in her work but has an audacious personality and a messy personal life.

Moo Jin Sung completes the main lineup as Ki Dae Joo, who is Do Min Yik’s best friend and the chief of Team 2 at T&T Mobile Media. He will steal hearts with his talent as well as his gentle and sweet personality.

The production team of “Love at First Sight” commented, “It is a lovely, bubbly, and bright drama that is fitting for spring,” and continued, “Kim Young Kwang, Jin Ki Soo, Kim Jae Kyung, and Mu Jin Sung will act out characters that elaborately suit each of their images. We ask for viewers to show anticipation and interest for the synergy of the four actors.”

“Love at First Sight” is scheduled to premiere as a Monday-Tuesday drama in May.
