Watch: SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan Covers Yoon Jong Shin's "Wi-Fi" After His Parody On "Radio Star" Went Viral
SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan has officially released a cover of Yoon Jong Shin’s “Wi-Fi” on Dingo!
Previously, Seungkwan had appeared on “Radio Star” and did a vocal parody of Yoon Jong Shin’s “Wi-Fi.” Seungkwan explained, “During the chorus, the song cuts off like wi-fi.” When he imitated the song, the hosts couldn’t hold back their laughter, and his witty performance went viral online afterwards.
Yoon Jong Shin explained that when he had recorded the song, he had sang it normally, but while working on it, he had purposely separated the parts to make it really seem like wi-fi. He attempted to sing it like Seungkwan, but the idol boldly corrected him, saying, “Your tone shouldn’t change.” Eventually, the hosts agreed Seungkwan’s version was funnier.
Seungkwan promised, “I’m ready to show you more charms in the future. It seems like I’m the only one who’s been revealed. There are many interesting members in our team.” Then he pointed out the next humorous member is DK. He described, “He’s bold and tactless. Sometimes it feels like he’s not in his right mind.”
