Choi Min Soo Indicted For Retaliatory Driving And Other Charges + Agency Responds
On January 31, MBN reported that Choi Min Soo was indicted without detention and will be going to trial for charges of making threats, causing property damage, and more.
According to the report, Choi Min Soo engaged in a retaliatory driving on September 17, 2018. At the time, the actor allegedly passed a vehicle that was getting in the way of his driving, made a sudden stop in front of it, and deliberately caused a car accident.
In response, a representative of Choi Min Soo stated, “We fully cooperated [in the investigation process] and tried to resolve the situation as smoothly as possible. [However,] we feel some parts are unfair and since we need to go to a trial, we will be determining what is true and false at court.”
