SHINee’s Key has shared new details about his SM STATION track!
A teaser video released by the SM Entertainment digital music channel features Key announcing, “This station is Key’s ‘Cold’ station. February 14.” The staff then laugh over his very brief announcement, and ask him to add something after that like “Please show it lots of love.”
In the next take, Key then shared that he worked on the song with his friend (the rapper Hanhae) and wrote the lyrics himself. He described “Cold” as an R&B song that’s good to listen to in the winter. “I hope you’ll show it a lot of love,” he said. “Please look forward to February 14. Thank you!”
Key is currently performing his first Korean solo concerts this month. In addition to his SM STATION song, he also plans to release a repackaged version of his first solo album “FACE.” Key will be enlisting for his mandatory military service on March 4, and will be serving as a member of the military band.
