February Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from January 7 to February 8.
BTS topped the rankings for the ninth consecutive month, scoring a brand reputation index of 15,054,429 for February. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Billboard,” “Grammy Awards,” and “Burn the Stage,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “happy,” “love,” and “cute.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis for the month revealed a score of 72.04 percent positive reactions.
SEVENTEEN rose to second place this month with a brand reputation index of 5,883,604, marking a 21.88 percent increase from their January score.
EXO maintained their spot at third place on the list, scoring a total brand reputation index of 5,285,921 for February.
