Watch: Namgoong Min Is A Doctor Out For Revenge In Thrilling Teaser For "Doctor Prisoner"

KBS’s “Doctor Prisoner” has released its main teaser!

“Doctor Prisoner” stars Namgoong Min, Hello Venus’s Nara, Kim Byung Chul, and Choi Won Young. The drama tells the story of genius doctor Na Yi Jae (played by Namgoong Min) who gets kicked out of a large hospital and gets involved in a lethal fight after finding a job as the medical director of a prison.

The thrilling teaser goes back and forth from Namgoong Min as a dedicated doctor who saves lives to a vengeful doctor who thirsts for revenge. The caption states, “Doctor: a person whose job is to cure a disease.”

Namgoong Min is seen doing surgery on someone and using a defibrillator to desperately save a life. Then the scene suddenly switches to him stabbing someone’s neck.

Walking down the eerie halls of the prison Namgoong Min comes to a stop in front of a cell. With a cold voice, he tells the inmate, “I’ll let you out… if you can endure a pain worse than death.”

“Doctor Prisoner” is slated to air on March 20 at 10 p.m. KST as the follow-up to “Liver or Die.”
