Park Bo Young Surprises "Running Man" Cast With Appearance + Reveals Her Thoughts On Song Ji Hyo And Lee Kwang Soo

Park Bo Young recently made a surprise appearance on the March 3 episode of SBS’s “Running Man”!

During the episode, the cast played a game of elimination with the mysterious masked figure named Honey Bee.

While Song Ji Hyo and Ji Suk Jin, who were targeted by the Honey Bee, were waiting for a celebrity acquaintance to decide who would be voted out of the game, they were able to meet Park Bo Young by chance. The actress remarked, “I was attending a meeting for a drama but I had to come when I saw the [‘Running Man’] members.”

Upon meeting the actress, Ji Suk Jin asked, “Are you bare-faced?” to which Park Bo Young replied, “I’m in a completely natural state,” causing everyone to burst out in laughter. She also displayed her embarrassment as she commented, “This is so embarrassing.”

Lee Kwang Soo couldn’t hide his excitement at seeing Park Bo Young, who is known for being friends with the actor. He revealed that the two lived in the same neighborhood and stated, “We’re like family.” When the “Running Man” members suddenly asked, “Who is Lee Kwang Soo to you?” Park Bo Young replied, “A giraffe,” causing Lee Kwang Soo to become flustered.

Park Bo Young finally commented, “[Song Ji Hyo] is like a real sister to me. The last time I appeared on ‘Running Man,’ Ji Hyo unni was extremely warm to me and gave me a hug. I can’t forget that.” After showing her affection for Song Ji Hyo, Park Bo Young eventually chose Ji Suk Jin as the eliminated member.

“Running Man” airs on Sundays at 5 p.m. KST.
