"My Little Television 2" To Use Streaming Platform Twitch For Live Broadcasts
The second season of MBC’s “My Little Television,” “My Little Television 2,” will be using Twitch for their live broadcasts.
The first test broadcast of “My Little Television 2” was held on March 5 KST with the show’s first creators Jung Hyung Don and Kim Dong Hyun. While this was Jung Hyung Don’s first time appearing on the show, Kim Dong Hyun appeared in the previous season’s “Champions Tomorrow” series with Choo Sung Hoon. It was previously revealed that IZ*ONE’s An Yu Jin will be joining the show as an MC.
The test broadcast aired using online live broadcasting platform Twitch. On the show’s choice of platform, the production staff stated, “On Twitch, communication with online viewers is smooth,” and also shared, “From now on, there will be a relay of test broadcasts by the new cast members.”
The first season of “My Little Television” concluded in June 2017. Since then, viewers have continuously requested the show’s return, and after two years, MBC responded with news of its return with a second season. The first actual live broadcast will be on March 15.
“My Little Television 2” will air its first episode on March 29 at 9:50 p.m. KST via MBC.
