BTS's Suga Celebrates Birthday By Making Meaningful Donation In ARMY's Name
BTS’s Suga is celebrating his birthday in a special way!
On March 9, the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation revealed, “BTS’s Suga donated 100 million won (approximately $88,160) and 329 dolls under the name ARMY (official fan club name) to celebrate his birthday.”
Suga’s birthday is on March 9 and he is celebrating it by making a meaningful donation to children in need. What is even more special is that he did it in ARMY’s name in order to express his gratitude to the fans who have stayed by BTS and shown them unwavering love.
The Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation stated, “Suga stated that he wished to make the donation to repay all of the love he has received from fans. We will put his donation to good use for the children. Thank you.”
Lee Sung Hee, the foundation’s chairman of the board, stated, “We wish to thank BTS’s Suga and his fans for donating to children with cancer and leukemia. Things like this become a big source of comfort and hope for children and their families. We can’t wait to see what BTS will continue to do in the future.”
