Watch: JTBC Teases Upcoming K-Pop Cover Dance Variety Show

JTBC introduced a new variety show called “Stage K”!

“Stage K” invites K-pop fans from around the world to compete for the title of best K-pop cover dancer. The contestants first participated in local preliminary rounds, after which only those who passed the first rounds advanced as finalists to compete in Seoul, South Korea. At the conclusion of the show, the winner will get a chance to perform on stage with an actual K-pop star.

The newly released teaser begins with various participants introducing themselves, as they come from 77 different countries including the United States, Spain, China, and more, with a shared goal of dancing with their favorite K-pop stars. The teaser also shows glimpses of participants’ cover dances, leaving the public curious to see the rest of the performances.

“Stage K” is set to premiere sometime in April.
