Lee Mi Sook In Talks To Join Kim Sun Ah In New Female-Centric Drama

Lee Mi Sook is looking to make her drama return.

On March 20, Lee Mi Sook’s agency SidusHQ Entertainment revealed, “The actress received an offer to star in SBS’s new drama ‘Secret Boutique,’ and she is positively reviewing it.”

“Secret Boutique” will tell the story of Jenny Jang, a self-made woman who started off her career by working at a bathhouse. She is now a successful owner of a boutique, which is actually a small law firm that helps settle the matters of the upper class privately, but she aspires to become the owner of Deo Company someday.  Kim Sun Ah was previously in talks for the role of Jenny Jang, and the actress has since confirmed.

Lee Mi Sook received an offer to play Kim Yeo Ok, the CEO of Deo Company. When it comes to money, she smiles at enemies and turns away from her own flesh and blood easily.

Lee Mi Sook recently gained the public’s attention due to reports that suspected her of being involved in the death of the late actress Jang Ja Yeon. Following the reports, Yoon Ji Oh, who claims that she witnessed Jang Ja Yeon preparing documents before her death, called out Lee Mi Sook and Song Sun Mi for stating that they have no knowledge regarding Jang Ja Yeon’s case.
