INFINITE's Sungyeol Announces Military Enlistment Date

INFINITE’s Sungyeol will be enlisting in the military before the month is out.

On March 21, his agency Woollim Entertainment confirmed, “He will be enlisting as an active duty soldier on March 26. Sungyeol was planning on telling his fans first, and he will be personally leaving them a message sometime today.”

The agency further stated, “In compliance with his wishes to enlist quietly, we have agreed not to disclose the location and time of his enlistment, and only his family and close acquaintances will be sending him off.”

Sungyeol will be the second INFINITE member to enlist after leader Sunggyu, who enlisted in May 2018.

A new horror film “0.0MHz” starring Sungyeol as the male lead is also set to be released this May.
