tvN Responds To Reports Of "Kang's Kitchen" Returning For Second Season

tvN has confirmed that they are preparing for “Kang’s Kitchen” to return for a second season, though they are staying tight-lipped on further details.

On March 22, it was reported that the variety show was preparing a second season, with the goal of premiering in June. According to the report, the show is set to begin filming in May, and are currently in discussions over schedules.

A source from tvN has responded to the reports by stating, “Although it is true that we are preparing for a second season of ‘Kang’s Kitchen,’ we have not decided on anything yet involving broadcast schedules or filming dates.”

“Kang’s Kitchen” is a popular spin-off show from the “New Journey to the West” series and the first season followed Kang Ho Dong, SECHSKIES’s Eun Ji Won, Lee Soo Geun, WINNER’s Song Mino, and Ahn Jae Hyun as they opened a restaurant on Jeju Island.
