Stray Kids Members Talk About Covering SEVENTEEN, Respect For EXO's Kai, And More

On March 27, Stray Kids made a guest appearance on the radio program “Ji Suk Jin’s 2 O’Clock Date.”

The show included a segment when the members had to answer questions as quickly as possible to avoid a penalty.

During the segment, Woojin was asked which idol group they would like to cover. He answered SEVENTEEN, explaining, “We covered their song ‘Adore U’ once, and we had a lot of fun covering it.” Bang Chan added, “SEVENTEEN said that they saw the cover and told us that we did a good job.”

On which senior idol dancer he wants to take after the most, Lee Know responded, “I respect all sunbaenims, but for me, EXO’s Kai sunbaenim.” He continued, “When I was young, there were several teasers released when EXO was first debuting. When I saw Kai sunbaenim dancing, I thought, ‘Wow, he is so awesome. I want to take after him.”

Ji Suk Jin commented that he thought Lee Know would choose Park Jin Young because it took him a long time to answer, and Lee Know was taken aback as all of the other members joked, “I would have chosen Park Jin Young, of course! He is the best dancer.”

Seungmin was asked the most hurtful thing he has heard from Park Jin Young. The members burst into laughter as Seungmin explained, “One time, I.N and I went to go hang out when [Bang] Chan was working at the studio. I was drinking water when I ran into PD [Park Jin Young]. I was wearing glasses because I have poor eyesight, and when I greeted him, he asked, ‘Who are you?'”
